PROJECTS
Design
and Development of:
- PLDT CORPHYPE
SMS PLATFORM
This is a web based messaging system that IConnect
designed and developed for PLDT. Basically, it is
also incorporated with an IP based API client application
that extends the connectivity from the server side
to the client side. With this available configuration,
the user can be capable not only to send SMS message
thru web, but they can also customize their own client
application if they want to.
- PAGASA RAINFALL
AND FLOOD FORECASTING SYSTEM
Rainfall and flood forecasting has evolved because
of the introduction of new algorithms incorporated
on newly installed systems. In this project, IConnect
designed the core engine for rainfall intensity processing
and flood forecasting.
- DATA CENTER
SYSTEMS
IConnect designed special systems with robust security
for handling hosting space for web applications, video,
and email for companies.
- MULTI-PLATFORM
TELECOM GRADE FIREWALL WITH WEB SECURITY
This is a multi-platform firewall that is truly robust.
It is specifically designed to cater high web traffic
with filtering. In this project, IConnect designed
and developed the complete firewall system.
- SMS APPLICATION
GATEWAY
This server application was specifically use to hook
content application and assign appropriate keywords
and access number. It was used for MMDA inquiry, MyCupid
dating and Master Mind game for Globe and Smart Telecom.
In this project, IConnect designed the complete system.
- PAGASA WEATHER
BUREAU RADAR REHABILITATION PROJECT
IConnect in partnership with a Japanese contractor
has been involved in the rehabilitation of one of
the three weather radar located in Northern Luzon.
In this project, IConnect designed and incorporated
new systems in capturing RADAR data and subsequently
transmit it over radio network.
- BATANGAS
PORT SYSTEM DEVELOPENT PROJECT
IConnect developed merely all systems for
Batangas Port Security. These include system for CCTV,
Gate Management and Network Management Systems.
INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
Design
and Development of :
- VIETNAM AUTOMATIC
IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (AIS)
IConnect in partnership with a Japanese contractor
has been involved in AIS Database Terminal Functions.
In this project we designed the registration and edit
vessel entry/departure information in AIS Database
server and record vessel entry/departure information
through the AIS Database Terminal.
- VIETNAM MONITORING
AND BILLING SYSTEM (MARINE USE)
This Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) Installation and
Activation report for the Vietnam Marine Use was also
developed by Iconnect team.
- SMS / CSD
Based Telemetry system for Indonesia
This is actually a project by IConnect in partnership
with a Japanese contractor. On the basis that mobile
network providers are becoming more and more reliable
these days, the IConnect team came to realize the
practicality of having data stream via CSD and alerts
thru SMS. Telemetry systems are usually remotely located
because their sensors for rainfall and water level
that is strategically located. Telemetry systems that
transmit data over mobile network turned out to be
very practical in terms of its initial cost which
makes this product more affordable.
